I'm a 1st time builder, I want to invest in a pc build powerful enough to handle Adobe Premiere Pro with ease. I don't play any video games or do CGI or 3D work so it doesn't need to be powerful enough to handle that realistically. I need help swapping out parts for less expensive ones, while still getting a good performance out of it. Which parts should I swap out and what do you recommend I replace them with? And what parts could I get rid of all together that may be overkill or unnecessary to bring the cost down?
I've heard I could get away with a quality pc build for under $1,000 (which I would prefer if I could), but I am willing to pay up to $1,500 if it means getting the performance I want out of it. What recommendations do you all have?
I made a custom build, but it's around $1800: here it is...

You don't need the thermal compound or the coolant fluid. And Windows Defender is all the antivirus you should need. There's a little over $100 off. The cooler comes with paste pre-applied and is a sealed unit that cannot have fluid added. A 360mm is a bit overkill, so you can save another $50 with a 240mm model.
However, that 600W power supply is a bit wimpy and cheap. Consider a 750W model.
You would be perfectly fine changing the CPU to the 12600K.
