Open Box and Ongoing Specials
MC is currently offering a free 32Gb DDR5-6000 kit of ram with a purchase of 7000 series Ryzen. I want to purchase an open box 7700 series can I get the free RAM?

Unfortunately, the deal is only applicable with new products. The price we have on the 7700X is still a good discount and still applicable for the $20 motherboard bundle even with the RAM deal if you are trying to save as much as possible!

The new product, now returned, came with DDR5 ram. Why can't I have the DDR5 ram that was returned with the processor? Moreover, the advertisement does not say whether the processor was open box or only new.
