"Complete" laptop missing power supply

Micro Center Request: Ticket #: 5194419
No call back this morning as promised. Chat not working on website.
Two hours driving in Dallas traffic - 80 miles round trip.
Meanwhile the elderly shut in we bought the laptop for has no way to contact the outside world.
