Does micro center have a repaste service for CPU?

I have a gaming laptop from Asus. About a month ago I started to see increase in CPU temperatures. As for now my idle temps are usually around 60°C in silent mode ( using armoury crate ). Idle temperatures in perfomance mode are around 75-80°C. When I’m playin my temps start to be around 90-95°. One of my cores can even jump up to 100° for about a second, and it is also starting to continuously throttle. Two others can go up to 97°. Other three aren't that hot. Two fans inside a laptop are clear, no dust. I have latest PC and Nvidia drivers. Room temperature is not high and laptop has more than enough space to breathe. Do micro center have repasting service for CPU? Can I come to the building for diagnostic, and do I need an appointment for that?
