I brought my pc into the Madison store on the 16th of January this year and was told that it was take around 2 weeks to complete. Not being well versed in computer repair myself, I took their word and waited for a response. Its been a week at this point and I began to wonder if I missed some kind of notification that let me know of the progress, though I started to look at other customer discussions and started to get worried. Some are saying 3 weeks or four, way past the time frames that were given too them. I just wanted to know what's going on with my computer, I really need it for school and this "running diagnostic" is a preliminary phase before having my pc rebuilt (which I know is going to be very expensive and time consuming" anything information at all can help.
All you have to do is call the call center in the morning, or use the number on the madison store's site, you can then press a certain button on the call to get to your service tech. :)
