I've had my pc for around four years and in that time I've never had a reason to move my os to my SSD. However, my hard drive is starting to fill up thus making my boot time longer. Is there an easy way to migrate my os to my SSD without having to download a third-party software?
Well, if you get a Samsung SSD, they include for free and extremely reliable migration tool that will clone the drive for you, just make sure the SSD is the same size or larger, I have used it dozens of times.
The aforementioned software is called Samsung Magician.

Lots of good software out there that makes it easy like Samsung Magician. Macrium Reflect is also very good and has free versions for consumers.
If you really want to do it without third party software, DISM can do it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/capture-and-apply-windows-using-a-single-wim?view=windows-11
We essentially use this method on our PowerSpec images.
