In order to upgrade to a 4070 Ti, there are a few things to consider.....
- You will need a new power supply, I would not trust using the original 750w power supply that came with your unit because of the age of the unit.
- You possible need a new case to fit the card depending on the 4070 Ti model you choose.
- Bottlenecking will happen since you have a Ryzen 7 3700X, but that could mean a simple CPU upgrade, like to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, could help with performance.
Hope this helps!

This truly depends on your needs/wants.
