Why was my order cancelled?

Why was this cancelled? It says its either out of stock or unpicked up, since it was cancelled same day I find out I assume it was out of stock.. If that is the case, why does microcenter advertise up to date stock to get people off the phone, just for this to be the result?

Also, why does your IVR always state 10 minutes? Been on hold here for almost 20 and it still says 10 minutes.

There could be more than one reason why the order was canceled. However, most of the time it is likely out of stock. The website stock level is usually delayed by at least an hour depending on store conditions. I always recommend waiting for the confirmation email before heading to the store.
