Hey im planing on Building a $2500 Gaming pc and I need your help!

Im planning on building my brother his first real gaming pc. I'm mainly looking to build a pc that can handle Warhammer, Skyrim, Cyberpunk, and Sims 6 heavily modded. My budget is $2000-2,500. He wants it to have custom water cooling and be in the Fractal Torrent Case. I've already got a part list but i don't know if i should change some stuff.

Looks like a great choice of parts! A 420mm rad might be a tight fit in that chassis, but it should work.
