Pc boots into recovery
My pc boots into recovery but I can't use any usb what can I do?

Hard to tell with your given info. It can be as minor as a failed/missing boot drive, or as serious as a faulty bios/uefi.

Thank you for contacting micro center. For the computer if you turn the system on are you able to press the delete key to try and boot up to the bios? also before you get to the recovery screen does the system ever give any sort of error codes?
