Is there a cooling solution that can be shipped to me for this tight SLI graphic cards? Hardly any room in there. After I installed the 2nd card the computer will power down a couple minutes into gaming activity. Thanks
Try leave the side panel off and place a desk fan blowing in?
You may have different issues there, Are all of those VGA power cables the ones that came with the power supply? There appears to be an odd one out there
Yes those are all the orignal power cables. It is a cooling issue. If I only use one card all is fine. If I use both and play at game at maximum, machine will shut down in a couple minutes. If I use Afterburner and play with the settings, I can play a game for about 15 minutes before the cards shut down from overheating.
If I just watch videos or anything that doesn't take much computing power, all is fine. then the machine will never shut down. So it is a heating issue
This looks like an older PowerSpec chassis. With only two 120mm fans, the front being partially blocked by the hard drive cage, it would not provide sufficient airflow for proper cooling. I would upgrade the chassis to something such as the Thermaltake V200 or the Lian Li ATX 205 mesh. Both would provide significantly better airflow.
