Greetings,
What specific model of i5 do you have?

i5-4670

You would need to either find a used or new old stock CPU there. It is socket 1150.

Intel i5-4670 (84W TDP) is Haswell's desktop architecture, which maxes out at i7-4790K (88W TDP). The two TDPs are similar, so an upgrade will be a drop-in replacement. Many motherboard's website now post a list of compatible CPUs. You'll likely find yours and double check.
About the EP-500PM PSU picture you posted, a Google search reveals it's a 500W PSU. So your PSU label's 500W section applies and shows a single 12V rail and 384W capable. That's plenty for a 4790K (@88W) and GTX 1650 (@75W) plus accessories.
Good luck!
