Check your router to match the wifi level of the motherboard's, otherwise the mb may be a lot newer and faster than the router can do so you wouldn 't see any difference.

The AIO cooler will come with pre-applied thermal paste so only get that if there's something else you need it for or just want it as a backup.

Otherwise that list looks fine to me.
