First pc need help

Hello there,
I’m so lost and confused i don’t know if the parts I choose for this PC are right, but I’m gonna put them on here in hopes that someone out there will help me. Here are the parts I picked, again I definitely didn't chose something right or messed up something.

CPU: Intel -Core i7-13700K

Motherboard: ASUS - Z790-A ROG Strix Gaming WiFi D4 Intel

Ram: Corsair - VENGEANCE RGB PRO SL 32GB (2 x16GB) DDR4-3600

Power Supply: Thermaltake -toughpower Grand GB 850 Watts 80 Plus Gold

Video Card: Gigabyte - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Gaming LHR Overclocked Triple-Fan 8GB GDDR6 PCle 4.0 Graphics Card

2.M SSD: Samsung - 980 SSD1TB M.2 NVMe Interface PCle 3.0 ×4 Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND 3 bit MLC Technology

Hard Drive: Seagate - BarraCuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA III 6Gb/S 3.5" Internal SMR Hard Drive

My only comment is that you should go ahead and get a PCIe 4.0 M.2 drive since they're twice as fast.

Everything looks fine otherwise.

That all looks good if it's within your budget! The only thing I would add on is that most 3070's are being phased out of being newly stocked, not to say its a bad video card or bad choice, just providing that information.
