Hello, my name is Stan Osborne, I'm a longtime Micro Center customer and as much as I hate to file a complaint against my local store, Todays visit really pissed me off. I went to the Westbury, NY location lo purchase a new PC case along with a new processer and to make an appointment to have them installed along with a previously purchased video card. I left without accomplishing anything do to a lack of customer service, I don't want to go into this on a community forum but would like to file a grievance with customer service.

When can I expect contact concerning my problem. I still want to upgrade my CPU and case and need to get my video card and my TPM mod installed. I'm registered with
Micro Center and they have my email address and you can used that.
