Just finished first build but cpu debug light on and no display

I just finished my first pc, but the cpu debug light is on and there is no display when i plug in my monitor, not sure what to do

    Check your 8 pin CPU power, I can't see it in the picture due to the shadowing. Also, looks like an MSI Pro Z690-A board. We use these quite a bit on our PowerSpec systems and have received boards that were not compatible with 13th Gen Intel CPU's out of the box. Use flashback. You can do this without removing any components.

    1. Download latest BIOS for your board.
    2. Format a flash drive FAT32.
    3. Extract BIOS file to flash drive.
    4. Rename file to MSI.ROM
    5. Plug flash drive into the flashback port
    6. Hold the flashback button until the LED starts to flash.
    7. System will power on at this point, process takes 3-5 minutes. PC should restart and POST once it completes.
