Change shipping to reflect actual time.
I placed an order through Microcenter and chose the 2-3 day shipping option. This timeline has already passed, and according to the FedEx shipping tracking, the status is still at "label printed" Can someone help me adjust the charge to my credit card to reflect this delay in shipping?
Thanks.

Greetings,
Looking into your account I see the item listed as "usually ships in 5-7 business days" and was ordered on the 16th.
I am seeing the item has already arrived per FedEx tracking, so this arrived within the quoted shipping time listed.

So is the conceit that you don't actually send the product for 5-7 days and the 2-3 day shipping is only the travel time with FedEx?

Typically "Ships in" indicates when it will be sent out by the shipper. Otherwise it would typically say "Arrives in"
