I am looking to find a receipt for some RAM I purchased in-store to do an RMA, and none of my in-store purchases are showing up on my Insider account, even in-store purchases I made with my Insider Card.
Are we supposed to enter the receipts even if we attach our phone number/Insider Account? Is it possible to look up?
