Difficulty contacting anyone in store
I dropped off a computer to be diagnosed/repaired and cant get hold of anyone to discuss it. Was told it was mother board and I would get a text the next day with with replacement options. I also asked how long repair would take and was told 2-3 days. I was fine with all this till i received NO text . I texted number on receipt inquiring about it and was told a technician would get hold of me. Can I possibly be able to speak to a human?
