Can I expect a smooth return?
I bought an AM5 ROG board with the online pick up feature and I take it home go to make my PC build and I put the Nvme in, Put the ram on, Go to put the 7950x in and notice some pins are bent. Immediately undid everything and put it back in its box. I bought it brand new unopened but there was damage straight out of box. I didnt know that was possible. Will I be able to expect a smooth return or will I most likely expect to have the finger pointed at me for damage and not get a refund. its probably like 5 Pins I think (Its small so I cant get a good count)

Greetings,
A manager will have to take a look at the item in store and verify what can be done for you as typically these things would be a case-by-case basis.
