Pc build question 3090

Hey yall! I was lucky enough to win a giveaway for a 3090 graphics card, but am in a bit over my head with builds. I'm a streamer who plays fairly intensive games like tarkov, but am not quite versed in pc components. Was hoping to get some help on building. I have peripherals and am transitioning from a gigabyte g5 laptop with a 3060. Budget just around 1200. Also, I'm an open book, ask anything you need

Do you prefer a big case with lights or something small with none? How important is the sound from all the fans (3090 is hot and needs a lot of airflow) ?
