Had an appointment about my powerspec g232 and had to leave it for repair
I had to come in about my powerspec g232 because there's been a lot of stuttering and crashes happening to my pc when it goes through any mildly intensive games (ex: sims 4) and after running a few diagnostic tests, the person that was looking at my PC said I'd have to leave it at the tech bar and that I'd get updates about the progress on my pc. However, I wasn't given any repair/service numbers before I left and was instructed to just leave them with my phone number and they'd be in contact with me. I would like to have some updates about when I should expect it to be fixed. Last I was told, it could take 1-6 weeks for it to be fixed.
