Missing order
I returned a laptop back in October, got a replacement and now need to return this one as the screen has the same line going through it. Problem is only the return is showing in my order history not the replacement. I did have the extended warranty for both laptops but I'm not sure I'll be able to return it now because it's missing from my order history.
