Intel Arc A770 16gb LE - Arc Control Software issue
Recently purchased an Intel Arc A770 16gb LE from Microcenter, on a bundle deal with the i5-12600k. Built the pc, everything was fine, after a day or 2 the Intel Arc Control Software stopped working, as in it became unresponsive. The software loads, however once on screen you can not click anything on the display. Any ideas or similar issues? I have used DDU and reinstalled the most up to date drivers, as well as reinstalled the software. Have considered reverting back to an older driver or the last beta, but I would rather not if not necessary. Also, a bit off topic, I submitted my build online and have been waiting for approval, it says wait 2 business days? Was hoping to go back to microcenter with the gift card to upgrade the PC. This was my first build.

Do you have an ASUS motherboard?
-
Yes. The one that was apart of the bundle at my local microcenter, ASUS Z690-PLUS TUF WIFI DDR4 version I believe. I have Armory crate downloaded, as well as the AI Suite 3 that comes withe the ASUS motherboard. I even updated the BIOS last night for my motherboard. Trying what I can to resolve the issue. I was hoping intel would release a beta driver mid month but they haven't.

Open Device Manager and expand "Sound, Video and Game Controllers". What do you have here?
-
Currently at work but I will check when I get home. Thank you for your assistance, will respond later today.

Here is the list, 4 items.
- ASUS Utility
- HD Audio Driver for Display Audio
- HD Audio Driver for Display Audio
- High Definition Audio Device.

Right click and disable the ASUS Utility then try the Ark Control Center again.

Thank you for the information, going to try that out after work. Just curious, how did you come up with this idea? After you mentioned this I did some research and found similar answer. Guessing it has something to do with a conflict with the audio driver from the ASUS Utility and the Audio Driver from the Arc Control Center.
By the way, I own a PowerSpec laptop from years ago. I think 1510 is the number associated with it. It still works.

I believe this device is part of the Sonic Radar software for ASUS. Basically it's a conflict between two overlays. I'll report it to ASUS and Intel if you can confirm.

Can confirm that disabling the ASUS Utility has worked. Thank you for your assistance. Hopefully they can resolve this.
