Question about MicroCenter PC Diagnostic

Was wondering what happens if Microcenter cant find the problem?I've been having random BSODs from high stress gaming, to just browsing the web. I've gone through tons of testing and troubleshooting without luck. Will I still be charged if they dont find out the problem? I've read a lot of reviews about the repair service stating that they also came in with crashing issues that were "solved" by a technician at microcenter. But once they got home their pc crashed within 5 minutes.

Im not sure what to do right now since its been really frustating getting it to stop BSOD and I am looking to find a solution quick.

Thank you for contacting micro center. So for the diagnostics this would have just the $39.99 starting cost for them to take a look and see what the issue is so for this there is not a promise we can fix the issues. once the diagnostics would be complete they would then advise what they found to be the issues and what option we would have for resolving the issue.
