How to email customer service- in store purchase not showing up on my receipt

Hello,

I made 2 different purchases at the West Paterson, NJ store back in October of 2022 and only one purchase is showing up on my account. I do still have both the printed and emailed receipts for both purchases, but the larger purchase is the one that is not coming up even when I search by the reference number or the date. Is there a way to either email customer service or call them to provide them with the reference numbers of my 2 purchases to get their help with getting the missing order to show up on my account on here? Please do not suggest that the problem or reason is because only online purchases can be viewed online because I have not made any online purchases, only in store purchases and one of the 2 orders I purchased is showing up online on my account.
