Looking for help with a new G441 and the LED RGB lights
Hello, im have an issue with my new G441. i can change the color and pattern of the LED RGB lights on the case using the buttons on the top, but i cannot find a way to turn them off. i have tried the Mystic Light app and that does absolutely nothing. no matter what options i select, it has no affect. i then tried to download the MSI center, but it looks like its been removed from the Microsoft store, and i couldnt find another way to DL it. is there anything you can suggest to be able to control the lights? everything else seems to be working perfectly. thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

You can download MSI Center directly from MSI: https://www.msi.com/Landing/MSI-Center
If you're going to do this, make sure to uninstall Mystic Lights first. Mystic Lights wouldn't change the AIO pump or radiator fan colors either?
If you're having issues uninstalling Mystic Lights, refer to my script here: https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/comment/26049#Comment_26049

Mystic wont do anything to anything. its like it's not even running. and ive tried that link, the download takes you to the microsoft store to install the app, but when you click on it, there's no install option.

Interesting. Download here: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/MSI_Center_2.0.13.0.zip
I'll report this to MSI Monday and see what's going on.

so i was able to uninstall mystic lights, and install the MSI center. but even using the light controls in that app, it still does nothing. the only thing that affects the LEDs are the 2 top case buttons.

Sounds like there's an issue between the RGB controller on the chassis and the board. Connector would either b on the bottom of the board, or the top right. Can you check those connectors and see if they look like they're seated properly? If you can't locate it, take pictures of those locations and we'll help you locate it. If you're not comfortable, you can bring it by service and we'll take care of it.

i took the side cover off and looked at all the connections i could find. they all looked like they are all the way down. i gave a little jiggle and nothing seemed loose either.

I'd check for a failed controller next. Disconnect one of the fan RGB connectors from the controller on the back and plug it directly into the board. If that works, we need to get you a new Fan/RGB controller.
