Need with with a powerspec PC the single M.2 SSD fried so I purchased a new one but when I installed it and tried to access system bios to fresh install Windows the PC just sits on the Powerspec boot up logo and will not let me progress or access anything.

What model is your system? Do you have any other USB devices connected that might be causing it to hang?
@PowerSpec_MikeW
It is the Powerspec G164 Build 4 the only things currently plugged in are Razer mouse and MSI Keyboard.
The new SSD is a Crucial - P3 1TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe
If you remove the drive, are you able to access the BIOS?
When I removed the drive the system bios was accessible. Do this mean I need a different drive?
I'm finding some evidence online that this board may have an issue specifically with this Crucial P3 drive. I would try another brand of drive if possible.
