Order not showing in order history

I bought a laptop on 16 April in Tustin. During checkout I gave my phone number and the guy pulled up my information and I proceeded to complete the transaction.

Today I got an email from Asus asking for proof of purchase (receipt) to complete the warranty. So I went to the order history of microcenter account and it says I've not bought anything this year.

Any idea why the order isn't showing up and how I can find it? Obviously I don't have the receipt because seriously who keeps that lying around in the digital age‽
