First time building personal PC, need advice

So this is the first time I'm building a pc for myself. I've built one before for my brother, but it was following off a youtube video with a parts list. This time I went all on my own and found some parts that I looked alright (I think?) I'd like some feedback on what could be adjusted for a better experience. I primarily play fighting games and fps games, as well as doing digital art in CSP.

note: I already have things like thermal paste, keyboard, mouse, etc. That, and my budget is aiming for 2000-2500 USD.

Everything looks great! My only suggestion would be to skip the 2.5" 2TB SSD for a Samsung NVMe 2T for only $10 more and upgrade the cooler to the AS500 or the AK620 in white....

I would agree with @Lambdaben, you would probably want to look into a little bit of a higher-end air cooler if you wish to go that route, otherwise it all looks solid.
