I screwed up. I was reflashing my BIOS. With different versions to see if it would fix an issue that I have been having. The BIOS versions work. But the problem is that I changed something (I think the legacy support to auto or enable not sure which), and now I have no access to my keyboard or mouse in the BIOS window. I tried to reset the BIOS to the default settings by turning on and off the power 5 times during boot, and that did not correct the issue. Is there a workaround?
My system is a Power Spec G434.

Make sure the mouse and keyboard are connected to the black USB 2.0 ports next to the ethernet controller. What BIOS version are you on?
I pulled a hail-marry and did a CMOS reset. Neve did that before, but it worked. I am currently using BIOS V1.30A. I can not find away to turn off XMP 2.0. how do you do that?
It's under OC - Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) - You can set this to disabled, but I wouldn't do that. It's going to drop your memory all the way down to 2133. If you're experiencing instability or cold/warm boot issues you think are memory related, I'd instead step down the frequency a smaller amount. Try dropping the DRAM frequency on the same menu from 3600 to 3200.

I want to test the memory at the non-OC specs. Under the OC settings for load xmp. I only have the 2 options of 'auto' or 'profile 1'. There is no disable option.
Auto would disable XMP and load the highest JEDEC profile. If you cleared CMOS, you should be on auto and it won't be overclocked.
ok thank you.
