I purchased a Gateway laptop GWTN141-10BK from Paterson/NJ store on Nov2022 (075-WP-7508798). It was working ok till March. Now when booting, system stops at the BIOS screen and not going further. Contacted the Gateway technical support and they were not able to fix it after trying many steps. When I asked them about the warranty service (It came with 1 year warranty), they informed me that they cannot do the warranty service because I purchased the laptop from Microcenter. The warranty applies for Walmart purchase only. I checked the gateway website and it says specifically that this model is 'Available exclusively at Walmart'. They are saying the warranty service should provide by Microcenter. I brought the laptop to Microcenter store and the technician said, they cannot service it because they don't have any contract with Gateway. Please let me know my options now.
