Never received receipt

On Monday I went to a Micro Center and bought an Ender-3 S1 3D printer and some Inland Filament. It was the first time I shopped at Micro Center so I gave the cashier my phone and email and she said I would receive the receipt through my email. When I got home I realized I never received the recipt, so I logged into the site and created an account with the same phone/email hoping I could view my orders. It's been over 24 hours and my orders section is still empty.

I don't know if she typed my information in wrong or if there was a glitch in the system, but is there any way I can receive my receipt? If necessary, I can give the location/time of purchase (within a half hour) and exact price it came to.
