How to get a receipt after purchase for Manufacturer Warranty Replacement [Netgear]


I bought a Nighthawk CM1200 Cable Modem a few months ago out of the Cambridge, MA store and no longer have the receipt. There is a factory defect and in order for Netgear to replace my modem, I'd need my receipt or proof of purchase.

Is there ANY way to reclaim my receipt if I purchased in-store and without a credit card??? I need this to submit to the Netgear team for my replacement.
