Where can I download the installation software for the Inland SSD? Thx!!

Hello, is this an internal or external SSD? Inland SSDs dont tend to have any software nor firmware downloads. If it is a driver issue it is possible the ssd is defective.
Also double check to see if the drive is initialized and formatted. In windows you can do this under Disk Management.

I cannot do anything in Windows bcause the ssd SATA Inland Professional drive is recognized by BIOS but not by Windows 11!!!!! The installation media DEMANDS a driver for the unrecognized drive. I don't know what part is so hard to understand. Obviously, many of us who bought this drive are having the same problem.

Driver is inbox. Are you prompted to initialize the drive when you open Disk Management?
