Making high end pc with no budget concerned about bottlenecks or incompatible parts

Looking to have this PC for about 5 years without needing many upgrades

Mainly concerned about the SSD being compatible since it would only show up once I searched it

Are there any bottlenecks, cooling issues , or incompatible parts I'm still unsure even with the compatibility filter on and checking myself

Went for 4080 since 4090's are sold out
