Open Box Case Marked complete but missing some hardware and dust filters

Recently picked up an Lian Li O11D Mini marked Open Box Complete condition. Everything looked pretty good otherwise but I noticed some hardware missing, notably the MB standoffs and screws. A few of the magnetic dust covers were missing as well.
Is there a recommended course of action? I'd rather not return.
