Exchange a graphics card 35 days of purchase

Hello,

I purchased a Gigabyte 3060ti vision last month at Denver store, I really want to upgrade/exchange it to the 6700xt and pay more for it, unfortunately I have passed the 30 days window. It is a holiday weekends so it takes longer time for me.

Could any mods help me have a private message to their manager and ask if I could have a chance to exchange to upgrade my card?
