Hey! I'm looking to build my first PC, but I have little to no knowledge and don't know what parts I should go for.
I currently play Minecraft and Don't Starve Together but would like to expand to games like Valorant and r6 as well with this PC. I'll primarily just be gaming, so no streaming, video editing, etc. I have a budget of $2,000 but could possibly go up slightly if needed.
I have decided upon Intel i7-12700K for the CPU and am wondering if anyone can help me find the remainder of the parts. Thanks!
Those games have really low requirements so are you just wanting to spend all $2k?
The 'k' version of Intel CPUs are unlocked for overclocking, so you are better off with a non K which costs less.
I'll keep that in mind for the CPU, thanks. $2,000 is definitely a lot and spending less would be ideal. I'd like the capability to try games beyond just those ones though, but I don't know exactly what yet.
