Upgrading My Current Build

Hey Everyone,

Current build below.

My budget for upgrading is <$1,000.

I'd like a better capacity to stream, multi-task, and prevent FPS dips while playing Valorant, PUBG, Halo, and Tarkov. Right now I have my FPS capped at 144. Looks like my CPU is bottlenecking things and periodic dips occur when lots of action happens on the screen. It's getting to the point that if Spotify, Discord, or Chrome is open while I game, FPS is unstable. When I try to run OBS or stream through Discord aint happening.

From what I can gather the priority upgrades would be the 1) CPU, 2) Motherboard if I go beyond an i7, 3) more RAM, 4) larger SSD. I know the GPU may be due for an upgrade too, but for the type of gaming I'm trying to do, i.e., 1080p at low settings, I'd prefer to not upgrade that unless y'all think that is a must over the things listed.
