7800 X3D 4090 Build Thoughts

Looking to have a custom PC built around a 7800 X3D and 4090.

Curious to get people's thoughts, mainly around the motherboard (wifi needed at a minimum) / CPU Cooler and any other recommendations / changes / additions here. Looking at paying under $3500 ideally.
