I'm hoping someone from MC can help me out here. I ordered a set of fans online that I need to return but the chat for Shipping and Account Questions has been offline since yesterday. Is there another way I can get this process started? I want to make this return so I can order the other fans I want instead. Thanks.
I dont know if you have been given any help yet but,
As a current employee, I will say to try to get to your nearest microcenter store and show them the shipping label with all your information on it at the checkout lanes, they can refund the money to you there, or you can do an exchange as well.
IF you cant get to your closest microcenter, on your actual website profile there should be a way to start your return and even process it, while getting your shipping back as well.
