Looks pretty solid for your budget and plans, the main things I'd point out is only 1TB of storage which can be taken up very quickly with 2 or 3 large games, and you don't have any sort of operating system picked out.

I was curious to know if you have plans to take your PC on the go? Size isn't a huge matter if it'll stay as a desktop, but you could get away with a smaller form-factor over, with some changes of parts that are equivalent in performance for more portability. I would also agree to try and get another storage device, as even 1TB can fill fast if you use it for everything.
