What's the best wired/USB 4-in-1 printer for under $200?

I need a new printer ASAP, but it has to have a FAX line that actually goes to an actual landline (not an "all in one," a 4-in-1)...and no, I don't want or need a smartphone to be able to work my printer. If I can't get something actually wired, I'd be willing to settle for a USB connection.

I have a Windows 7 desktop I use primarily, but I'd like it to be available for my Windows 10 laptop as well.

It is a laser which is nice, supports wireless and ethernet connectivity. Cannot guarantee windows 7 compatibility as no one reports that since it is no longer supported by Microsoft.
