Open box exchange policy
Hi, I recently purchased an open box NZXT Case. Unfortunately after completing the build I found the front RGB case fans rgb function are toast. Is there anyway for me to exchange the case for another one since I purchased an open box? Or is there anyway I can exchange just the fans for working ones?

@Stevo610 How long ago did you purchase it? If you're within 30 days of the purchase, you can bring it in for an exchange.

Does the exchange have to be for another open box case?

It doesn't have to be. But if it isn't you may have to pay the difference for a new one.
