PowerSpec G439 Most Rbg no longer work.

hello i recently about 2 months ago bought a PowerSpec G439 and for whatever reason the front and back rbg lights no longer work only the top fan and the gfx card still light up. ive tried restarting the pc many times aswell as holding the c/m button 10 times each and holding down for about same time and nothing any tips would be awesome thank you

Sounds like the RGB controller failed that handles those RGB lights. Please bring the system in and we'll either replace it with a new controller.

No appointment required, it's covered under the manufacturer warranty. The exact time would be up to the store, but we do have 48 hour guarantee on PowerSpec.
