Need help choosing parts for Racing Sim PC

Hello, I am new to the PC world and am looking to build my first PC to be able to run iRacing, RF2, and ACC primarily.

The problem I am running into is not understanding fully what I'm reading in the spec sheets of products and how they differ between models and brands and years.

I am not sure if what I'm wanting to get is quality/compatible or just overkill for what I am trying to do.

Any help would be great! Is there anything I can swap out to save some money but still run games at a consistent 60fps?

Right now you would be missing a case, operating system, and cooling for the processor. Do you already have those items or did you need to still pick those out?
