i cant get my new XD5 to work...
i recently purchased my corsair XD5 pump/reservoir from microcenter and plugged it in to the commander pro the way the manual and youtube video showed, but the pump wont run.... i still have my receipt but not the box... if the pump is in fact faulty can i still get a replacement for the part because tonight I'm swapping the cable running from the part to the PSU and if that doesn't work I'm out of ideas... i tried everything and am out of idea and very much considering opting for the $40 consult to see if its user error or in fact the part

It'll fall under our 30 day return policy, you can exchange it inside that window. The 4 pin molex to the PSU is the most critical element in the pump running. The connector to the Commander Pro is just RGB.
