The Micro Center Build Showcase Showdown: Win a $200 Micro Center Gift Card!

The Micro Center Build Showcase is a great place to show off your build (and get a $25 coupon for doing so, once approved!) as well as see what other people in the Micro Center Community are building. But for the next month, we're making it even better with a chance to win a $200 Micro Center gift card, just by submitting your build!

Entry will be open from July 12th to August 7th. After the entry period ends, our Micro Center champions will be choosing five builds to win a $200 Micro Center gift card on top of their $25 coupon (Winners will be announced on August 11th)! Our Champions will be choosing based on a few criteria:

• Photos: we want to see your build looking its best! Multiple, clear photos with internal and external shots are a must.
• Name: It doesn't have to be complicated, but have fun with it!
• Description: While we don't need a full report on your PC (though it can't hurt!), we are looking for a bit of depth. Tell us why you love your PC, how old it is, why you built it, what you plan on doing with it, and/or anything else you can think of!
• Favorite Feature: Don't forget about this!

And don't worry if your PC isn't a top-of-the-line, bleeding-edge rig. If you've got it looking nice and filled out your Build Showcase submission well, you've got the same chances!

Simply submit your build to the Build Showcase following the above criteria before August 7th to be entered! If you’ve submitted to the Build Showcase prior to the last 30 days, you’re still eligible: just post a link to your build in the comments below

• Submit your custom-built PC to the PC Build Showcase following the steps listed above (and in further detail below) 

How to submit your custom build to the PC Build Showcase

Step 1. Sign in to fill out the build submission form.

Step 2. Fill out the build category, name, favorite feature, and description. Include details about the process, what you use your PC for, things you would change, etc.

Step 3. Add a few glamour shots of your completed build - be sure to feature clear internal and external photos!

Step 4. Fill in your parts used

Note: You can manually add archived or custom parts. In the example below, you can add parts not listed by clicking the "Add 5600X" button.

Once you've added your part, you can adjust the price to correctly list what you paid.

Step 5.  Select "Save", then select "Publish" to submit your build for approval.
