Are these parts good for both school and Gaming?

Hi there, I am wanting to build my "Dream PC". I want all of the new technology in it. Here are the parts I am going to use. I want to make sure if these parts will work with school and gaming. Also should I get the 4080 RTX video card or just get the 4090 since I am going to save for these parts.
